Privacy Policy

Affiliate Finder LLC ("we") runs gatoraffiliator.com (formerly affiliate-finder.pages.dev) and any future domain for the same service. We collect only what we need to run your account, and we never sell your personal information.
What we collect

We ask you never to type passwords into the organizer's login hint or notes fields.
Creators we contact
We sometimes send a single promotional email to independent creators, using only a business email address the creator publishes on their own website or channel for business inquiries. For each person we keep their name, the public page we found them on, the business email and where it was published, our message, and whether they replied or opted out. Every email says it is promotional, includes our mailing address, and has a one-click link to opt out. If you opt out (or reply "unsubscribe"), we add your email address to a permanent do-not-email list so we never send you another promotional email. We keep that address only for that purpose. To ask what we hold about you or to have your other details removed, email [email protected].
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your personal information.
- We don't share your organizer entries with the companies in our directory.
- We don't use your organizer entries to grow the directory. A program is only suggested if you tick the "Suggest this program" box, and even then we use just its name and website. Your links, codes, notes and dates are never shared or published, and your name isn't shown publicly.
- We don't use advertising trackers. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first.
Who helps us run the site
- Supabase stores account and database records on servers in the United States.
- Cloudflare hosts the website and protects it from attacks.
- Google (Gmail) sends the emails we send, including password-reset emails and any outreach email, under Google's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.
- Our pages load code libraries from jsDelivr, a public content delivery network, which can see your IP address when your browser requests those files.
These providers handle data for us under their own privacy terms. If we add a provider that handles personal data, we will list it here.
Cookies and browser storage
When you sign in, your browser stores a sign-in token so you stay signed in. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep data
We keep your account data until you delete your account or ask us to. Reports may be kept after account deletion, without your name, so we can keep listings accurate.
Your choices
- You can edit or delete your organizer entries and QR codes at any time in the app.
- To delete your whole account, use Delete my account at the bottom of the My Programs page. It takes effect right away. You can also email [email protected] from the address on your account, and we will delete it within 30 days.
- You can ask us what data we hold about you at the same address.
Children
Green Gator Affiliator is for people 18 and older, because most affiliate programs require it. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Each user's records are locked so only that user can see them. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password that you don't use elsewhere.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
