Terms of Use
Last updated: October 25, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Affiliate Finder LLC, a Texas limited liability company that operates Green Gator Affiliator (gatoraffiliator.com). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. What Green Gator Affiliator is
Green Gator Affiliator is a free directory of affiliate programs and a free organizer for tracking your applications, links, promo codes and QR codes. We are not an affiliate network. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a company in our directory.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account.
3. Listings are third-party information
Program details come from each company's public pages, checked on the date shown. Companies can change or end their programs at any time. We try to keep listings accurate but can't promise they are complete, current or error-free. Always confirm terms with the company before you apply or promote.
4. Guides, labels and comparisons
Our guides, labels (such as "Beginner-friendly" or "Website needed"), warning signs and comparisons are our summaries and opinions, based on each company's published terms on the date we checked them. They describe what the terms say, not how a company treats any particular person, and they are not legal or financial advice. If you represent a company and believe something we published is wrong, email us with a link to your official terms and we will recheck it. We correct anything that is inaccurate, but we don't remove accurate information because a company asks.
5. No earnings promises
Green Gator Affiliator does not pay, hold, process or guarantee any commission, bonus or payout. Approval, tracking, commissions and payments are entirely between you and the company or network. Any numbers on the site are that company's published terms, not a prediction of what you will earn. We are not responsible if a company declines you, closes your account, reverses a commission or doesn't pay.
6. Your content
You own what you put in your organizer. You give us permission to store and display it to you so the service works. Don't store passwords, payment card numbers or government ID numbers in the organizer.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break any law or any affiliate program's rules while using the site
- send false reports or spam
- try to access other users' data or interfere with the site's security
- copy the directory in bulk or scrape it with automated tools
- use the site to mislead consumers or hide that a link is an affiliate link
You are responsible for your own disclosures to your audience, including the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's rules on endorsements.
8. Reports and feedback
If you report a listing or send feedback, we may use it to improve the site without paying you.
9. Our content
The site's design, code and the way we organize the directory belong to Affiliate Finder LLC. Company names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify their programs.
10. Free service and changes
The directory and organizer are free. We may add optional paid features later; if we do, we will tell you the price before you are charged. We may change or stop parts of the service, and we will try to give notice and a way to export your organizer data before removing it.
11. Ending your account
You can stop using the site and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
12. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
13. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Affiliate Finder LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost commissions or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
14. Texas law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, unless the law requires otherwise.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will post it here, update the date, and tell signed-in users before it takes effect.
